Welcome to Bahturide  By using our taxi-hailing app and services (collectively, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bahturide app, website, or any associated services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other terms referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.

2. Definitions

Rider” refers to a person who requests a ride through the Bahturide app.

Driver” refers to an individual or entity providing a ride through the Bahturide platform.

Service” refers to all services, features, and functionalities offered through the Bahturide app and platform.

App” refers to the Bahturide mobile application and any updates or versions thereof.

3. Account Registration

a. Creating an Account

To use the Bahturide Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to update this information as necessary.

b. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify Bahturide of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

a. Riders

You must be of legal age (18 years or older in most jurisdictions) to use the Bahturide Service.

You agree to provide accurate and clear information about your pick-up and drop-off location.

You are responsible for your conduct while using the Service and agree to treat drivers and other users respectfully.

You agree to pay all applicable fares and charges for the ride, including any additional charges, taxes, or surcharges.

b. Drivers

You must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and any necessary permits to provide transportation services.

You agree to maintain a vehicle that meets the safety standards set by Bahturide and local regulations.

You agree to act professionally and respectfully toward riders, other drivers, and anyone else you interact with through the Service.

5. Payment and Fees

a. Ride Fares

Riders agree to pay for the ride as calculated by the Bahturide app. The fare includes the base rate, time, distance, and any applicable surcharges. Additional charges may apply for:

b. Payment Methods

Riders can pay through various payment methods available within the app, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or other supported methods. By providing payment details, you authorize BahtuRide to charge your selected payment method for the amount due.

c. Driver Compensation

Drivers will be compensated according to the terms agreed upon in their driver agreement. BahtuRide retains a commission from each fare, and the remainder is paid to the driver.

d. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. If you dispute any charges, you must contact BahtuRide support within [Insert number of days] days.

6. Service Availability

a. Geographic Limitations

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service to conduct illegal activities, such as drug trafficking, human trafficking, or any form of exploitation.

Use the Service for commercial purposes not explicitly authorized by Bahturide.

Impersonate another user, driver, or any representative of Bahturide.

Engage in fraudulent activity, such as falsifying ride details or using unauthorized payment methods.

8. User Feedback and Ratings

Bahturide encourages users to provide feedback about their ride experiences. Riders and drivers may rate each other based on their experiences. These ratings are used to improve service quality and ensure safety.

9. Safety and Security

a. Driver Background Checks

Bahturide performs background checks on all drivers, including criminal and driving record screenings, to ensure their suitability for providing transportation services.

b. Emergency Assistance

In case of an emergency, riders and drivers may use the in-app emergency button to contact local authorities or emergency services.

c. Reporting Issues

If you encounter safety concerns or inappropriate behavior during a ride, you should report it through the app or by contacting BahtuRide support.

10. Intellectual Property

a. Bahturide Content

All content available through the Bahturide app, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of Bahturide or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

b. User-Generated Content

By submitting feedback, reviews, or any other content through the app, you grant Bahturide a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute such content for promotional or operational purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bahturide is not liable for:

Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of the Service, including accidents, delays, or any other incidents.

Any interruptions in service or technical issues related to the app.

Any dispute between riders and drivers, including those related to payment or conduct.

Bahturide total liability in any event will be limited to the amount you have paid for the specific ride or service during the month in which the incident occurred.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bahturide, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, including any violation of these Terms.

13. Termination and Suspension

Bahturide reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or otherwise misuse the Service. Termination may be temporary or permanent, at BahtuRide’s discretion.
